The following are the policies of Link 2 Communications, LLC, the owner and operator of this website. Please read them carefully. These policies will govern the relationship between Link 2 Communications, LLC and its customers. Each party placing an order for merchandise will have agreed to and accepted such policies in all respects.
Privacy:

All information provided to Link 2 Communications, LLC by customers will be held in strict confidence. Link 2 Communications, LLC has taken steps that it deems reasonably necessary or appropriate to protect against improper or unauthorized access thereto. In no event will any such information so provided be sold or otherwise used by Link 2 Communications, LLC for any purpose other than as may be directly related to the conduct of business between Link 2 Communications, LLC and such customer.

Payment:
Payment for merchandise purchased may be accomplished through the use of an accepted credit card, US Postal Service money order, cashier's or personal check. Credit card payments will be charged promptly upon acceptance of the order. If payment is by bank check, the Company will not ship the order until that check has cleared.

Order Cancellation:
Orders submitted may be cancelled prior to shipping. All orders become final upon shipment of the merchandise ordered.

Warranties:
Link 2 Communications, LLC carries products for sale by manufacturers. Warranties may or may not be provided by the manufacturer. Link 2 Communications, LLC neither guarantees or warrants any product that it sells. There are no other expressed or implied warranties. Returned products that have been subject to abuse, misuse, damage or accident or have been connected, installed or adjusted improperly may not be covered by the manufacturer warranty, if said warranty exists. The purchaser agrees to assume all liabilities for any damage and/or bodily injury which may result from the use or misuse of products by the purchaser, his employee or agent.
